DO NOT send your credit card information in an email. If you would like to email us the order, include your phone number that we may contact you for payment information.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Paypal, checks, or money orders. Make check or money order payable to Painter and Poet.

Shipping via priority mail with delivery confirmation, is free throughout the United States. Estimated delivery time is 10 business days after seller receives cleared payment. We will call or email you if there will be any further delay.

Sales Tax - Seller charges sales tax (7%) for items shipped within Indiana.

Packaging: Your prints and note cards will be shipped flat and well protected with backing and extra stiffening. All prints are signed by Esther and most prints are also numbered. If Ward's poetry is included, he will also sign the certificate of authenticity.

Return policy: There are many differences in color on computer monitors. We try hard to match print colors to our monitor. Usually the actual prints look better than the screen images. We take pride in sending you very good quality prints, using heavy acid-free paper with top-quality inks. But if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase amount in a check.

Returned item must be sent back within a week of your receiving it, in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent to you. Return shipping to be paid by buyer.
